How Will My Order Ship?

Our shipping providers are handpicked by us to ensure they provide the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery service possible.

Delivery Exceptions That I Should Be Aware Of?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs
We cannot deliver to a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory such as: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Small Parcel

Smaller parcels are typically delivered by UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Large Parcel

It is our priority to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. Since we are dealing with furniture, most of our items are too big to be delivered via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Thus, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can have the peace of mind.

Delivery Time

For Large Parcel, we will contact our shipping company right after your purchase. We have 12 warehouse locations located in the U.S. and we will find the closest one warehouse to ship from to ensure the shortest delivery time.

If other warehouse does not have the item, then we MUST send from our warehouse which is based in California. It is usually 12 days for our products to reach from California to Maine. Any other states should be under 7 days.

How it works:

After you placed your order, we will contact our handpicked Large Parcel carriers to schedule for an immediate pick up from our warehouse.
When your order gets picked up from the warehouse, we will send you a confirmation to let you know your order is on its way.
Upon arrival to your area, delivery professionals will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
Be sure to check and inspect for damage before accepting the order. If you notice any damage, please let the delivery professionals know and contact us immediately.
